The information below applies to online purchases of physical products or digital downloads only. This policy does not apply to event tickets. There are no refunds for event tickets.

Thank you for shopping at BySarlo.com.  Should an online purchase fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly refund the item online with proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase. Or you may exchange the item, with proof of purchase, within 30 days by contacting us via email at bysarlo.com@gmail.com.  All returned items must be in the original packaging and unworn/unused.

Please note: Sale merchandise purchased online will not be accepted for refund. Please do not include sale merchandise in your return package, as it will not be reflected in your refund nor will it be returned to you.
