Personal sessions are booked for any number of reasons, but Karen and Kelly’s favourite intention is when a client sits down to check in with his or her own soul. You probably know that the majority of Coffee with the Sarlos episodes revolve around the retelling of client stories (confidentiality upheld, of course) and that consistently the ladies remind their audience what it means to truly be open in a session. While most examples are what open does not look like, this entire show illustrates the epitome of open to a degree even Karen wasn’t expecting when her client first called in for her appointment.
This week’s episode is a great continuation (although admittedly unintended) of last Saturday’s show- about mothers who do not know what healthy love or parenting looks like. Like every week you will hear tools that you can implement in your own life should you find yourself in any of these stories. You will hear the compassion that each soul has for its own human as well as the urgency it suggests for its very own survival.
