Spring has finally sprung! Sips of Sanity’s month of May is dedicated to helping listeners with their lifestyles and routines that contribute to the quality of restfulness throughout their nights. You’ll learn that daytime routines are as important as bedtime routines when it comes to actually being able to rest the body and mind and that these things directly affect the quality of sleep you achieve, including getting into and out of different states of consciousness.
