You are Enough. You are Enough. You are Enough.
Those three words may be the most difficult words we will ever have to swallow because society as a whole and the people in our own lives constantly condition us to think and feel otherwise. And so our hearts break and we break the hearts of others because we never feel we are truly enough.
This podcast aims to shed light on Karen and Kelly’s professional life and the ways the clients show behaviours based on a belief system of never feeling that they are enough and to give examples of everyday situations where we- in our own relationships- continue to not feel as though we are enough.
